Radish is operated by Elara Stratagem. We want you to be happy with your subscription, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
Refund window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to first-time monthly and annual subscriptions.
How to request a refund
Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, you can either:
- Visit paddle.net, sign in with the email you used at checkout, and request a refund for your order; or
- Email us at hello@radishai.co with your order details and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Subscription or through paddle.net. After cancellation you keep access until the end of your current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial periods outside the 30-day refund window.
