1. Who we are
Radish is operated by Elara Stratagem ("Elara Stratagem", "Radish", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you are entering into an agreement with Elara Stratagem.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use Radish you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are using Radish on behalf of an organization you confirm you have authority to bind it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
- Use Radish for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
- Scrape, crawl, or make automated mass requests against the service;
- Probe, attack, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service (malware, vulnerability scanning, bypassing quotas);
- Infringe the intellectual-property rights of others, including by submitting infringing content;
- Attempt to access data belonging to other users.
5. Intellectual property
The Radish service, including its software, design, branding, content, and documentation, is owned by Elara Stratagem and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the service except as expressly permitted by law.
6. AI-generated content
Recipes, images, and recommendations may be generated or assisted by AI. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify cooking times, ingredients, and safety information before relying on them. Radish is not a substitute for medical, nutritional, or allergy advice — always check ingredients against your own dietary needs. You are responsible for your prompts and how you use the outputs.
7. Payments and subscriptions — Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, currency, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics for subscriptions are handled by Paddle and are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel from Account → Subscription or via paddle.net; access continues to the end of the current billing period. 8. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
9. Warranties and liability
Radish is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elara Stratagem will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
